2.3 billion lei budgetary deficit after the first two months of the year 

The general consolidated budget registered in the first two months of the year a 2.3 billion lei deficit, representing 0.4% of GDP after in January it registered a 819 million lei increase, Romania’s Finance ministry data revealed. According to data presented, budgetary spending amounted to 29.8billion lei while revenues reached 27.5 billion lei.
