22 potential buyers for Antibiotice Iasi

The State Assets Authority (AVAS) received 22 intention letter from various investment funds at the beginning of the privatization process at the drug producer Antibiotice Iasi. The estimated price for the majority shares package at the pharmacy company is estimated at 200 million dollars.

AVAS president, Teodor Atanasiu, believes that the number of letters is a clear sign of interest from the market and expects a fast privatization process with maximum profits.

The state sells 53.0173% of the unit’s social capital.
