Government interdicts overground urban networks on public domain 

The government approved on Wednesday a decision interdicting the installation of overground urban networks on the public domain including telecommunications, water, energy, thermal networks.

Any construction works for extending urban networks or setting them up neeed to be underground, the decision reads.
