Romanian consulates in Republic of Moldova opened officially on Friday

Romania’s consulates to Balti and Cahul, Republic of Moldova were opened officially on Friday in the presence of Romanian Foreign minister Teodor Baconschi and his Moldovan counterpart Iurie Ieanca.

The two consultates will start issuing visas on Monday.

Minister Baconschi said on the occasion that he was sure „we are doing a good thing which will be the seed of a new historical phase” in the relations of the two countries.
