Francois Rantrua is the new country manager World Bank designated for Romania, the institution reads in a communiqué. Francois Rantrua (French citizen) will take over attributions starting January 15, replacing Arntraud Hartmann.
A Harvard Business School graduate, Francois Rantrua started to work for the World Bank in 1997. His last role with the WB was country manager in Mauritius.
