Central Electoral Office centralized all votes / The Liberals Social Democrats and ring wing extremists refused to sign the document

The Central Electoral Office finished centralizing all documents on the Presidential elections and conclude that the elections were won by Traian Basescu. The document will be forwarded to the Constitutional court today, to validate the results, after all allegations are dealt with, BEC President Marian Muhulet declared.
He added that the document was signed by all members of the office except the Liberals, Social Democrats and right extremists, Greater Romania Party. However, this will not influence in any way the procedure.
Traian Basescu won the Presidential elections with 5.275.808 votes while his counter candidate Mircea Geoana received 5.205.760 votes.
