Real estate deals in Romania down 33% in first eight months of 2009

The number of real estate transactions in Romania after eight months this year dropped 32.92% as compared to the same period last year, according to data presented on Wednesday, quoted by Romanian news agency NewsIn.

224,753 real estate transactions were reported during the period, 110,333 fewer than in January-August last year.
