Romanian Central Bank governor Mugur Isarescu: for 4 out of 5 crisis elements, the critical moments were passed

Romania’s Central Bank governor Mugur Isarescu declared, after the Central and South Eastern European Financial Forum ended, that, if we take the crisis as having 5 main elements, Romania’s economy managed to overcome 4 elements.

These 4 main elements, according to Isarescu are: the exchange rate crisis, balance of payments crisis, inflation and the capital availability. However, the fifth one still represents a challenge for the economy environment, namely the economic growth.
