A Romanian teenager risks the death penalty for murdering his adoptive American parents, TuscaloosaNews informs. Josh Spearman, aged 19, killed his step parents early this year. He is currently jailed, waiting for the trial.
According to information, Darryl Spearman and his wife, Cherri were found dead in their house in Loganville, Georgia a month after Christmas celebrations in 2007. The two were beaten to death. The main suspect is Josh, their 19 year old son.
The boy pleaded not guilty and is currently jailed. Prosecutors declareed that they will request the death penalty for Josh.
The Spearmans adopted Josh from an orphanage in Romania when he was 2 years old.
