Phishing attack against Piraeus Bank clients

Piraeus Bank Romania informs in a press release that unauthorized persons sent electronic messages in the bank’s name informing citizens – bank clients or not – that they have debts in they real-estate credits „CASAcum”, a banking product offered by Piraeus. The bank announces that Piraeus is not involved in the mailing campaign and recommends those who received such e-mails to ignore it and to refrain from unveiling their PIN and access codes used for the Piraeus Online Banking service, as well as for any other services.
