Unsolicited commercial messages fined

The Communication Regulation Authority announced on Wednesday fines adding to a total of 10,000 RON (some 3,000 euro) for companies sending unsolicited commercial messages via e-mail.

Four companies in Bucharest – Curtea Veche Publishing, E-Student Consult, Chris&Chris Solutions Co and Ghizbi, one in Targu Jiu – Managementproiect, one in Oltenita – Elitech Mit, and two natural persons were fined. Another company, Westfloor Profesional (in Bucharest) was fined for refusing to submit de data requested by the Authority.
