Constitutional Court: Law allowing the control of dignitaries’ wealth is not Constitutional

The Constitutional Court decided on Wednesday that the law that makes possible the verification of the means used by dignitaries, magistrates, public servants and high ranked state employees is unconstitutional.

The wealth control for dignitaries has always been a critical point in the EU – Romania relation, European officials constantly accusing the lack of an authorized institution in this field.
