Traffic restrictions on several road sectors in county surrounding Bucharest during NATO Summit

Big trucks and vehicles transporting dangerous flammable materials will not be allowed on roads in Ilfov county surrounding Bucharest during the NATO Summit, in order to improve traffic conditions, a Transports Ministry press release shows. Traffic will be restricted during March 30 – April 5.

The press release reads that exception from the rule make: trucks transporting gas, kerosen or oil, vehicles transporting medical fluid to hospitals or empty vehicles who have transported such materials. These can drive only between 10 pm and 6 am and only accompanied by local police forces.
