Former PM says he is innocent

The former PM and current speaker of the House of Deputies Adrian Nastase testified Monday before anti-corruption prosecutors claiming he was not guilty of any of the charges in the Zambaccian case.

After the hearings, Nastase reiterated that this case was „politically tailored,” and that he did not yet know what probes had gathered the prosecutors.
