Three die in refinery accident

At least the employees died on Wednesday in an explosion at the RAFO Onesti refinery, caused by gas accumulation in of the factory’s departments.

The explosion came at 11.50 AM, while the refinery was still in a revision period. One of the managers claims that the workers didn’t respect the installation opening procedures. The same equipment caused another accident with two victims two years ago.
