Senate approves National Integrity Council body
Senate approved on Wednesday with 66 votes, one abstention and no votes against, the members of the future National Integrity Council, the board that will manage the National integrity Agency, a body entitled to check on dignitaries’ wealth.
13 of the 15 members suggested until now voted for today, after the Juridical Commission rejected three candidates for being active judges or parliamentarian counselor.
The members elected are:
# Liberals: Radu Saptefrati (titular), Pop Razvan Codrut (substitute),
# Democrats: Marian Zlotea (titular), Adrian Tudor Mocanu (substitute),
# Hungarian minority: Veress Emod (titular), Balogh Boglarko (substitute)
# Social Democrats: Simona Teodoriu (titular), Anca Oprea (substitute),
# Great Romania: Marian Capota (titular), Adrian Roseti (substitute),
# Conservatives: Alice Elena Draghici (titular), Cezar Bivolaru (substitute),
# Justice Ministry: Zaharia Constantin (titular), Elena Lorena Udrea (substitute),
# Finance and Economy Ministry: Marcu Nicu (titular), Dumitru Parvulescu (substitute).
