Anti-graft prosecutors reinvestigate the ”Rompetrol” and the „Romanian Lottery” files

Bucharest Court magistrates decided on Monday to return the Rompetrol file at the anti-graft prosecutors for reconsideration.

The lawyers requested this a week ago arguing that papers are missing from the file and some of the prosecutors are undercover officers.

On Monday, judges also ruled the return of the Romanian Lottery case in which former vice PM George Copos is investigated.
