Athletism: Mirela Lavric World Champion at 800 meters 

Romanian Mirela Lavric become world champion at 800 meters, which counts for the junior World Champions from Montcon, Canada Romanian news agency Mediafax informs. Lavric stopped the chronometer at 2:01.85 followed by Cherono Koech (Kenya) and Annet Negesa (Uganda).
