Authority of national penitentiaries finds Hayssam’s diagnosis risky

HotNews.ro

The management of the Authority of National Penitentiaries (ANP) claimed that the metastasis diagnosis of the physician Constantin Tanasescu who treated Omar Hayssam was risky and hasty, as the Oncology Institute’s results showed that Hayssam was not in the final phase of cancer.

Moreover, the ANP manager Alexandru Serban complained that physician Tanasescu refused to come to work or to make an appearance before the Discipline Commission over medical problems. According to Serban, the physician broke the ruling in 1992 and was downgraded but restored in 1999 by the then Justice minister.
