Bucharest placed 6th in European listing of cities in emerging economies

Bucharest is placed on 32 in top emergent markets with an influence in the long term global development and place 6th among European emerging economies, according to a study set up by MasterCard Worldwide, Worldwide Centers of Commerce™.

In order to set up the top, researchers identified 65 cities around the world and evaluated them according on eight indicators:

• economic and commercial environment
• development stage and economic growth
• business environment
• commercial links
• education and IT usage
• urban life quality
• risk and security
