„CIA secret prisons in Europe” report adopted

The report on the existence of secret CIA detention facilities in Europe was adopted in the Parliamentarian Assembly of the European Council (APCE). The document put up by Dick Marty, accusing Romania and Poland of hosting such facilities gathered 122 votes in favor and only 30 against.
