Constitutional Court rejected the exception raised in the file involving former PM Adrian Nastase / The trial resumes 

The Constitutional Court rejected on Tuesday, the unconstitutionality exception raised seven months ago in the file involving former PM Adrian Nastase, Romanian news agency Agerpres informs.

After the motivation of the court will be written, the file will be back to court and the trial resumed. On March 2nd, the higher court of justice decided to suspend the file, allowing the constitutional court to decide on the exceptions raised by lawyers.
