Critical situation in Neamt, North Romania: 11,000 people evacuated

Authorities in Neamt, North Romania, enforced a state of alert and issued an evacuation order for 11,000 people in 8 cities. Neamt Prefect Mihai Archip declared for the news televisions that the county has problems evacuating the old, as they have trouble moving.

Interior minister Vasile Blaga declared that authorities would rather have citizens upset for the time being than confront with victims during floods.
