Economy Minister Varujan Vosganian: Real estate in Romania will see prices decreasing because of the international financial crisis
The global economic crisis affects the real estate market, prices for civil construction being on a verge to rearranging. The industrial constructions will not necessarily follow the trend, said minister Vosganian on Thursday. „Prices in Romania are excessive at this moment”, the official believes.
The slower pace of development in Europe will also affect the Romanian economy, according to the minister.
