Higher Court of Justice rejects the appeal of Siret customs police officers against the anti graft prosecutors’ decision to temporary arrest them

Higher Court of Justice rejected on Tuesday the appeal of the first 15 customs police officers from Siret, North Romania, against the decision of anti-graft prosecutors to temporary arrest them together with another 44 officers, Romanian news agency Mediafax informs.

The other 44 officers contested the decision taken by anti-graft prosecutors to temporary arrest them. Anti-graft prosecutors investigate 59 customs and police officers from the Siret Customs, North Romania.
