Partial official results: Oprescu 30.22%, Blaga 29.08%

Independent candidate Sorin Oprescu obtained 30.22% of the total cast votes while his main countercandidate Democrat Liberal (PD-L) Vasile Blaga obtained 29.08% of the votes, Central Electoral Office informs on Tuesday.

National level turnout was of 51.38%.

Here are the partial official results presented at 10 am:

PSD – 1.957.588 – 28,44%

PD-L – 1.935.205 – 28,11%

PNL – 1.306.116 – 18.97%
