Public television wants two new stations

The Romanian public television (TVR) submitted on Monday a license demand for two new TV stations – TVR 3 and TVR Info, a press release of the institution informs. TVR 3 would be the first station to cover communities and regional interest news, while TVR Info is designed to broadcast traffic and weather news. The Communication Ministry also submitted a license demand for a „Info Line” station, with the same profile as „TVR Info”, but the claim was rejected three times already.
