Republic of Moldova: Liberal Democrats overcome Communists in trust poll

The Liberal Democratic Party in Moldova (PLDM) has for the first time overcome the Communists Party (PCRM) of the Republic of Moldova when it comes to trust among the people of the country, according to Jurnal.md. The Communists stand shoulder to shoulder with the Democratic Party in Moldova (PDM).

According to the Chisinau-based Institute of Marketing and Polls IMAS-INC, a poll during the period of July 26-August 12 shoed 42% of respondents trusted PLDM, 35% trusted PCRM, 35% – PDM and 30% – the Liberal Party.

2,012 people were interviewed in the poll, which has a margin of +/-2.2%.
