Romanian accused of raping Italian 83-year old woman

A 31-year old Romanian was arrested by the Italian Police and accused of raping an 83-year old blind woman in the village of Albuzzano, near Pavia, Italy, daily L’Unione Sarda reads. The incident took place on Saturday night.

The Romanian broke into the old woman’s house, her screams being heard by her neighboring nephew. The Police arrested the man on the spot. The woman was hospitalized and needs surgical intervention, while the doctors’ prognosis is far from optimistic.
