Romanian Central Bank injects 3.73 billion lei in the market

Romania’s Central National Bank injected on Monday 3.73 billion lei in the banking system with an interest rate equal with the monetary policy of 9% per year, Romanian news agency NewsIn informed. 14 banks participated in the operation.

On July 6 the central bank injected in the market another 4.25 billion lei. In June, the National Central Bank injected another 15 billion lei in the market.
