Romanian EC Leonard Orban to set priorities

Romania’s European Commissioner, Leonard Orban, makes public on Friday his mandate priorities for the Multilingualism Department. In an interview for Realitatea TV, Orban mentioned three major directions.

The first refers to economic competitiveness in a Lisbon Strategy frame and the way Multilingualism may contribute. The second priority refers to educational and inter-cultural dialogue aspects. The third refers to the access of EU citizens to European information and decisions.
