Romanian Romulus Mailat condemned to life imprisonment in Italy

Romanian Romulus Nicolae Mailat, accused of killing Italian Giovanna Reggiani in October 2007 was condemned on Thursday to life imprisonment after the appeal of prosecutors was approved, ANSA.it informs.

Romulus Mailat, aged 26 was condemned, initially to 29 years of prison for killing and sexually abusing Italian Giovanna Reggiani on October 2008.
