Russian President Medvedev calls for peaceful solution for Chisinau events

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev appealed for a peaceful solution for the situation in the Republic of Moldova in a phone discussion with his Moldovan counterpart, Reuters reports, quoting Interfax.

The report quotes the Kremlin press office according to which Medvedev has called for a quick and peaceful solution so that public order is maintained.
