Ivanov talked about both internal affairs issues and strategic security perspectives.

Ivanov did not launched other attacks against the West and his speech was surprisingly moderate, according to media reports. However, he could not refrain to refer to US’s war against terror, suggesting that the US are following their own economic interests using terrorism as a facade.
