Tax exemption for reinvested profit

The law draft for tax exemption on reinvested profit got its approval in the Senate’s Budget, finance and banking Commission.

Finance Ministry’s state secretary, Catalin Doica, said that such a law might generate some 1.2% losses for the national budget in 2009 in case companies decide to reinvest 70% of their profits.
