The first term in the trial against BCR

The first term in the trial initiated by unsatisfied clients, organized as a collective entity against BCR, one of the biggest banks in Romania took place today. Clients accuse the bank for not respecting ordinance 50/2010.

The client’s representatives declared for HotNews.ro that they demanded the court to rule the bank to suspend payments due to abusive interest rates.
