Ujpest – Steaua 1-2 / Steaua qualifies in Europa League without trouble

Steaua, one of Romania’s biggest football clubs managed to qualify for the third preliminary tour of Europa League after they won against Ujpest last night. With 4-1 as a general score, Steaua qualified without a lot of trouble and they will face the Motherwell Scots.

The Szusza Ferenc game started in an advantageous position for the Hungarians. Steaua managed to win with 2-1 in Budapest against Ujpest. This is Steaua’s first victory in the European cups after the dispute with MTK and Honved.
