Ukraine wants consultations with the US and Romania for the anti-missile shield 

Ukraine wants consultations with both Bucharest and Washington on the decision to place in Romania some elements of the American anti-missile shield, Ukrainian Foreign Affairs minister Konstantin Grischenko declare, quoted by AFP.

We consider that this policy needs to strengthen the security of Europe and needs to take into account all political aspects of this matter, he said in a press conference in Bucharest. He said Ukraine expresses its interest to consult with Romanians and Americans on the matter.
