Vodafone, fined again for mobile telephony spam

The National Authority for Personal Data Processing fined Vodafone Romania for not respecting the legislation on unsolicited advertising messages. The 7,000 fine for spam was paid immediately, Vodafone officials refusing to make any further comments. Vodafone was fined before, also for spam, in 2007.
