Yellow code warning for heavy snow in North Romania 

Meteorologists issued a yellow code warning for heavy snow in North Romania,valid from December 1st to December 2nd at 8 AM. In Moldova, and in the Northern part of the Carpathian mountains the weather will get considerably worse.
