Cluj Customs chief of department and an Israeli businessman retained by anti graft prosecutors

Cluj Customs Fiscal Inspection Department chief Modrea Alain Florin and an Israeli businessman Zur Mosche were retained for 23 hours by anti-graft prosecutors accused of bribe taking and traffic of influence and bribe offering, anti graft prosecutors inform in a press release.
Modrea Alain Florin is chief of the Fiscal Inspection Department at Cluj Customs and Zur Mosche, the Israeli businessman retained is administrator at SC LAURA MODEL SRL accused of bribe offering and traffic of influence. Modrea Alain Florin received 4,000 euro as bribe from Zur Mosche to determine his subordinates to apply a smaller fine for Mosche and his company.
Modrea was caught by anti graft prosecutors as he was receiving bribe.
