PM Boc and Finance minister Vladescu face unions: the alternative is to cut salaries and pensions or not pay them at all starting with December
PM Boc, together with Finance ministry representatives and those of the unions met on Thursday, at 2PM to talk on the new governmental plan to decrease public spending, Agerpres informs.
There are few alternatives: we either increase taxes or cut costs. The alternative is to either pay lower salaries and pensions or not pay at all starting with December. The meeting takes place a day after the executive announced that it will assume in the Parliament the new set of measures.
