Hewlett Packard to hire 600 people in Romania in 2010
HP is hiring 600 people in Romania, along the 2000 people it has, branch chief Radu Enache informed at an event. Enache said that 2009 was a bad year for HP but the last months brought an increase of the company’s profits.
Except for the Commercial office, HP has in Romania a service center with 1,700 people and most of those to be hired this year will complement the services rendered both for Romania and other regions.
HP has a development and research program in Cluj and an office in Timisoara. Radu Enache says that 2009 was a bad year and mostly all the good results in 2008 were lost last year.
