A Romanian was caught in underpants after failing to rob a store in Portugal
A Romanian thief tried to rob a supermarket from the Portuguese town of Almancii, but he got stuck in a window for more than 11 hours before he was rescued by fire fighters, according to the web page ksdk.com. The Romanian was stuck in the small window and, in his desperate attempt to set himself free, he was left in his undies.
The incident occurred on Sunday in a town from South Portugal. The thief tried to break in through a tiny window, but he remained stuck in the narrow space.
The 22-year old Romanian tried to free himself, but he only managed to take his trousers off, ending up in his underwear.
The thief stayed blocked in the window for more than 11 hours, when he was discovered by the store’s owner. The fire fighters managed to set the Romanian thief free after two hours. He was immediately arrested by police.
