Cesaria Evora to perform for the fifth time in Romania

Known as the barefoot diva, due to her apparitions in bare-foot on the scenes, Cesaria Evora is the most known morna singer, a mix between Portuguese fado and blues. The artist will perform for the fifth time in Romania, on May 15, as part of her tour to promote a new album, Nha Sentimento. The event will start at 8 PM, bestmusic.ro reads.

Evora was born in Mindelo, in the Sao Vincente island on 1941. Cesaria Evora always sings barefoot, in a sign of solidarity to poor children and women in her country.
