Romanian oilman Dinu Patriciu holds 92.9% of  Fabian Romania

Black Sea Global Properties, a company controlled by the Romanian oilman Dinu Patriciu, owns at this moment 92.9% of the stock at the British company Fabian Romania. On January 9, BSGP became majority shareholder. On Wednesday, at 15:00H (London time), the deadline for the offer, the Fabian shareholders accepted Patriciu’s proposal.

Dinu Patriciu made an offer for the entire stock at Fabian in December 2008. The Fabian properties portfolio includes real estate possessions in Bucharest, Timisoara, Oradea and Satu-Mare.
