Robert Fraser is councillor in Leicestershire. He made the statement several months ago, during a public meeting. His discourse was filmed and then posted on the Internet. After deliberation, the Leicestershire council suspended Robert Fraser from his role for a month.

The Romanian ambassador in Great Britain Ion Jinga described the Tory councillor’s statement as „totally unjust”.
