PSD leader Victor Ponta about the President's decision to send the law on pensions back to the Parliament: President Basescu sanctioned fraud in the Parliament 

PSD leader Victor Ponta declared on Thursday, after President Basescu announced that he will resend to the Parliament the law on pensions that this was the only correctsolution to decrease tension and resolve an institutional crisis in Romania. Ponta said that the President found a political, diplomatic motivation and he managed to sanction the fraud in the Parliament.

He added that the decision of the state found a constitutional motivation to send the law back in the Parliament. Ponta said that Basescu’s decision is a common success of all those political leaders who opposed the fraud in the Parliament.
