Publicis unites its three Romanian media agencies into Publicis Groupe Media

The international group Publicis is uniting its three agencies active on the Romanian market, to create „the most solid negotiation group”, under the name of PGM – Publicis Groupe Media, a press release informs. The companies to form the group are Zenith Media, Optimedia and Starcom MediaVest.

The market share of the three companies is 25.1%, making Publicis the best communication group, according to RECMA studies.

The current client portfolios of the companies are:

Zenith Media: Bayer, BRD-GSG, Carrefour, ING Group, L’Oreal, Nestle, Reckitt-Benkiser, Toyota

Starcom MediaVest: Autoitalia, Avon, Cristim, Dacia/Renault, Friesland, GE Money, GSK, InBev, Kraft, P&G, Philip Morris, Samsung, Western Union

Optimedia: Alpha Bank, Campofrio, L’Oreal, Nestle, Hochland, HP, OMV, Petrom, Whirlpool, Sanofi, Telemobil, Zarea.
