HotNews.ro

Four brothers, aged between 4 to 11 years died on Sunday in a fire that shattered a Romanian gypsy camp in Rome. The fire started from an improvised shack on Via Appia Nuova but causes are still unknown, Corrierre.it reads.

The three boys and their sister were left alone by their mother, who was at a fast food near by. Firefighters intervened rapidly but the four children could not be saved. Rome’s mayor Gianni Alemanno declared that it is a horrible tragedy and that bureaucratic measures blocked the actions to destroy illegal camps and move gypsies in shelters.
